DIRECTOR
Margaret has over 13 years of experience in the holiday homes market. With a strong background in Property Management, marketing, tourism and hospitality it was a natural progression for Margaret to be a Director of Relax it’s Done. Margaret’s passion for Queenstown is infectious! Margaret strives to go out of her way to make it happen, looking after your premium holiday rental. She prides herself in ensuring all guests have a wonderful stay in Queenstown.
PROPERTY COORDINATOR
Michaela has been in Queenstown for over 10 years, originally from the Czech Republic, she is now a proud New Zealand citizen. Our newest recruit, she joined the Relax Its Done team in 2023 and is an experienced Property Manager with a wealth of experience managing a large portfolio of villas in the Queenstown area. Michaela is a delight to work with and her meticulous attention to detail keeps everyone on their toes.
GUEST RELATIONS COORDINATOR
Erica has over 20 years expertise in guest services, property management and accounts on both sides of the ditch. She is a proud kiwi, originally from Motueka, and travelled the world before settling in Queenstown not once but twice. Once you’ve made your booking, Erica is the person you'll be liaising with behind the scenes to coordinate the finer details of your stay, arrival and payment information. She is a wealth of knowledge and knows our systems inside out.
DIRECTOR
As a born and bred local, Sarah has vast first-hand knowledge of the area. She has a long-standing and impressive history in the tourism & property industry over 17 years. Before taking ownership of Relax it’s Done she had previously worked at Millbrook Resort and Shotover Jet. as the Sales Manager.
PROPERTY MANAGER
Abi has over 15 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry in Queenstown. Born in the UK, grown up in Malta and proud to call Queenstown home. Abi has excellent attention to detail; she manages our properties and accounting. Abi’s experience includes customer service at Coronet Peak ski field, managing a luxury lodge in Fiordland National Park and more. The maintenance and care of your property is in capable hands and Abi is also responsible for delivering a high level of service to our in-house guests.
PROPERTY COORDINATOR
Rachel has been part of the team for four years give or take (she did have a baby and settle into Mum life in there). Always a friendly face with a smile she is originally from the UK and has a wealth of experience in both tourism and hospitality. Known for her attention to detail she genuinely enjoys creating memorable experiences for both our guests and our owners.
