American Express Queenstown Winter Festival – 22nd June – 1 July 2012

The festival to kick start the Ski season – this is a great time to visit and get involved in the fun! With daily events ranging from street parties, mardi gras and comedy, to themed dinners and mountain events. The Festival starts off with a bang with fireworks to get the festivities underway. Gay Ski Week – 25th August – 1 September 2012

This week long event is run by a local Queenstown couple – and promises to bring lots of fun and laughter to the ski fields. With a programme full of themed dinners, wine tasting and much more, tickets can be purchased on the official website which you can view here.

TSS Earnslaw Centenary Celebrations - 14th - 22nd October 2012

Help celebrate the 100th birthday of TSS Earnslaw in October, Queenstowns iconic steamboat. With a week long celebration, including special lake cruises to Glenorchy and Frankton Arm - a re-enactment of the first ever cruise, family fun with live music and entertainment, and period costumes.
